Interactive World Cup Bracket Explaining How to Think Like a GTME with Real Scoring Examples
Hey folks ๐ as part of Clay's AlphaForge Cohort 2, I made an interactive website that explains "how to think like a GTME" in a World Cup bracket format. Would love to see what you think! I turned a real Clay build into an interactive game, because I kept explaining this lesson out loud and wanted a way to actually show it instead of just saying it: Build the hypothesis before you build the table. It's a knockout bracket: Quarterfinals (the 8 signals I researched) โ Semifinals (the hypothesis vs. the doubts) โ Final (weighted scoring vs. equal-weight scoring) โ Champion (the real result โ 500 companies down to 40, plus the honest open question I still haven't nailed down about AI accuracy on the enrichment reads). You predict each round before seeing what actually happened in the real table โ real gates, real fit scores, real disqualification flags. The GTME Cup ~5 min. Would genuinely love to hear how others in here structure their scoring waterfalls or your methodology on how you build a working table. Curious if "gate first, score second" shows up in your builds too, or if you've landed on something better.
