Consulting Rates for Clay Tables Setup and Prospect Information

What is the going rate for clay consulting. I am a cold email agency and usually charge to setup cold email systems, but this client doesn't want that they just want clay tables setup to give them information on their prospects. This is new to me so how is everyone billing on a project like this?
