Issues with Smartlead Email Timing Based on Timezone

Is anyone using Smartlead and sending emails based on recipient timezone? I switched from instantly to them and now customer support is telling me that there is an “edge corner case” that is preventing it from working for me and they have no ETA of when it will be resolved. 🫠
