Each role has distinct responsibilities but is equally crucial to client success. They'll each work as a dedicated team, owning a set of clients and collaborating closely to drive results.
1. GTM Engineer ($2k/mo base + rev share)
Execute strategies with the Head of GTM
Refresh campaigns and maximize TAM
Optimize and manage outbound infrastructure
Efficient with Apollo, Apify, Clay, and data scraping strategies
Deliver fast turnaround on tasks
Some overlap with EST hours

3. SDR/Appointment Setter ($1k/mo base + performance)
1+ year cold/warm calling experience with required availability 9am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday.
Respond <5 minutes, qualify prospects, book meetings, manage CRM accurately, and ensure no lead is missed.
Perform daily warm and cold calls to generate conversations, revive dormant leads, surface new opportunities.
Collaborate with clients and the GTM team by handling replies, reschedules, and no-shows while sharing real-time feedback to improve outbound messaging and results.
Bonus: experience with Email Bison, Clay, or interest in growing into GTM roles.
