Improving Clay's LinkedIn Database Refresh Rate: User Concerns
As a long time Clay user, I think Clay's biggest priority instead of releasing new features, should be improving the backend LinkedIn database's refresh rate. For example, I have a table that looks for job changes (by max number of months in role filter) of very broad location (major us cities) and job titles, it can take over a month for Clay to find a single person with a new job. That means that the backend database is taking over a month to refresh. I have also seen people post on social media about how profiles are often outdated from Clay, so they are turning to other sources to get the profiles, before they bring the profiles into Clay to enrich for data enrichment. Can you let me know what Clay is doing to actively address this? I was told previously that they are working to improve this, but any kind of tangible update would be appreciated. I was told the refresh rate was once every 2-3 weeks, so I relayed that information to clients, but that does not seem to be the case as I have some tables going on 5+ weeks now of no new results with very broad parameters.
