We currently support column color-coding but not row highlighting. You can change column colors by clicking the column header, selecting "Change color," and choosing from Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Violet, or Default. Visual updates like colors are supported in our sandbox mode and get applied when you publish changes. However, there's no current feature for row-specific highlighting or colors.

Currently while we do have the option for columns this has not been implemented for rows yet, however this is something that has been discussed. I'll relay this to our product owners. Any additional context is welcome, so we can keep your situation in mind as we build out the roadmap.
