Creating a Technographic-Based Search for Niche Audiences

Hi. Is there a clay template or play where I can start with a technographic based people/account search? I am looking to surface a niche audience. It's possible to find the people who use a specific programming language for example, but for accounts it's not the same. In the ideal scenario, I want to look for companies who are building using a certain programming language, certain cloud infrastructure, building certain use cases. Is there a way to have this type of query as a starting point?

    Maybe I don’t understand Clay well enough yet, or don’t have the right edition - but I often find I need to ‘seed’ it with data from elsewhere, or else credit usage is super high and you end up with a lot of companies that don’t meet criteria. I totally might have this wrong, so happy to learn if that is the case. I’ve been doing something similar, running a companies report on Apollo, it has a technologies filter which seems to be a good starting point where you can probably find different types of cloud infrastructure, etc. But, I’d like to know if this is possible in a more efficient way in Clay… 🤔
