Finding Upcoming Hotels in the US: Company Names and Launches

is there a way i can find information about upcoming hotels in the US. I specifically want names of the companies that are launching new hotels to be returned in a column.

Question is to map the data since the table alteady has enriched data of previous companies in different columns

I would look for press releases from all the major developers announcing new openings. You could monitor google news plus a bunch of rss feeds from press release companies.
