How to Stop Forwarding Specific Emails to Your Inbox

Hi everyone, I need a bit of help. I’ve set up forwarding for all incoming emails to my secondary accounts, but I’d like to stop only the warmup emails from being forwarded to my main inbox. Is there a way to do that?

I created a filter and labeled the messages as “Warmup Emails.” Now I want to set up something similar in Microsoft to exclude only warm-up emails from my important emails. What’s the best way to do this?
