Hiring a GTM Engineer for Remote Work at Nordic Nexuz
Hiring: GTM Engineer @ Nordic Nexuz Location: Asia (Remote OK) | Type: Full-time Who We Are: Nordic Nexuz is a B2B lead generation agency. We help b2b digital agencies generate more leads - without draining internal resources. Our team blends AI automation, sharp messaging, and precise targeting to build pipeline at scale. We operate in the background, delivering fully-managed cold outreach engines that feel in-house to our clients. What You'll Be Responsible For: You’ll be the technical brain behind our outreach engines - helping launch, automate, and scale client campaigns. You'll be working across tools like Clay, instantly, and N8N to build workflows that actually convert. Your day-to-day will include, but not limited to:
Clay workspace builds — scraping, enrichment, and automations
Backend logic + automation setup (Zapier, Make.com, Airscale, Smartlead, etc.)
Working with AI — prompt engineering, response optimization, and structured outputs
Light client-facing — answering technical questions in Slack (not sales or account management)
Problem-solving edge cases and improving internal systems as we scale
Must-Haves:
1+ years building GTM systems using tools like Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.
Strong understanding of LLM prompting, outputs, and how to use AI for performance
Solid copy chops — you know how to write cold emails that get replies
Inbox placement experience — warming, deliverability, spam rules, and sender hygiene
You’re self-sufficient, fast, and figure things out without waiting for instructions
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous agency or startup experience (you’ve worn many hats before)
Experience with APIs and custom integrations
You've supported clients directly before (even lightly)
