Hi everyone! I would like to find out how many employees a company has in a certain department (IT, HR, etc.). Does anyone have any experience with this or any idea how to do this?

Find People filter by department/title (like IT, HR, etc.) and then count them with a rollup/aggregate column. That’ll give you department-wise headcount

You won’t see it by typing “department headcount” directly in Clay, look under linkedIn company enrichments Employee headcount by department. If it’s not visible, it might be because you’re on a workspace without that enrichment enabled in that case, just reach out to Clay support and they’ll activate it for you.

When searching for these in the add enrichment field I don't get any results. How do I find these enrichments?

You can pull department headcounts in Clay using LinkedIn filters or by enriching with tools like Apollo/ZoomInfo via API another option is Clay’s “Department Headcount” enrichment, which estimates employees by function (IT, HR, etc) directly from LinkedIn data...
