Inquiring About Service Cancellation Process Before Signing Up

We are really close to signing up at my company. Has anyone had to cancel service? We want to confirm the service cancellation process before we sign. Any experience? TIA

    Clay team are some of the best customer support I've experienced. They have always helped me out and been very fair. I've cancelled but then come back and stayed. If you do need to cancel it's quite simple... but you probably shouldn't if you're using it right. 🙂
