Issues with Keyword Filter Limits in People Search Results

This is the result Clay gave me on people search out of 2000+ domains based on keywords in the filter. Once I added CEO, Owner title - the number of results increased to 57. Moreover there is no company named Avanade on my list. Looks like there is way too little result for such an amount of domains. What's wrong here?

    people searchj isnt great on Clay, better to use apollo or Zoom then import Or scrape data directly off. linkedin

    Carl W. thanks for reply. did you use zoominfo mainly to get contancts for North America or Europe worked out as well?
