Issues with CSV Column Formatting in Clay Uploads

Anyone know why when I try to upload a CSV file on Clay it messes up the columns compared to the original Excel?

    As you can see it mixes up Phone Numbers and Website

    google sheets import and then export before uploading to clay doesn't work for this Alberto A.?

    Doing this it works but it just upload a very small part of the entire CSV
