Best Practices for Providing AI with Company Information Efficiently

Hey guys, can anyone offer best practice guidance on the best way to give the AI information that the company they will be writing on behalf of (i.e. our company)? Currently I have added our website as a column and asked Claygent to visit the website each time it writes a a message. thinking there must be a better more efficient way than crawling the page for every message. (Adding a short company description of our company in the prompt field feels a little limiting. ) thanks
