Building Campaigns for Shopify Brands: Tips on Personalization

Hi All! Sorry posted this in 'Starting with Clay' and think it was the wrong place - I am currently trying to build out a campaign for an agency who are wanting to target Shopify brands and sell them conversion rate optimisation - has anyone tried this, and what triggers did you use to personalise your copy? I'd assume it's quite a saturated market.
