How to Match Emails with Leads from Crunchbase and Apollo

hey, I have list from crunchbase with 2000 leads, and I scraped from apollo emails of 500, how I can know which of those 2000 leads have now email so i dont enrich them 2nd time, is there any way to move emails from one table to another to rows where they need to be
