Help Needed: SendSpark Video Integration with Smartlead Issues

Hey All, i am struggling to push a SendSpark video with additional custom emails to Smartlead from clay. Anyone got any advice? the video is appearing in SmartLead, but the customer variables for the emails are not showing up.

Are you importing the variable/data using CSV?

No Clay and smartlead directly

hmmm. is the name of the column matching the variable name eg: the column title in clay is "linkedin summary" and the one in smartlead is "linkedin_summary" not sure they would match - could you check that

yeah, I have worked it out for some reason the sendspark email address that links the video to Clay and then to SmartLead is not allowing the pull of other variables

fair, all part of the learning process with clay

You need to map your SendSpark custom variables in Clay before pushing to Smartlead make sure the variable names match exactly between SendSpark and Smartlead, then re sync the table and the fields should appear correctly
