Request for Personalization Waterfall Template and Ideas

Hey guys - anybody has done personalization waterfall and can share a template? I target managed service providers who have varying digital Footprints meaning that some would have multiple ways to personalize messages to them and others would have maybe one at the stretch so also would be grateful for any ideas and tricks you may have about this thank you
