Trouble Registering for Outbound Orchestration Foundations Cohort with Existing Clay Account Email

Hi everyone 👋🏼 I want to participate in the Outbound Orchestration Foundations Cohort. I already completed the AI Skills Cohort, and I’m trying to register using my usual Clay account (inesgouveia06@gmail.com), but it’s not working 🥲 It’s the same email I’ve been using for my Clay account and for the previous Cohort, but the registration page is asking me to use a work email. Could someone please help me with this?

🎓 Cohort Mate: Hey Ines — thanks for flagging this.
I don’t have a documented workaround for the work-email check on Outbound Orchestration Foundations, so I don’t want to guess at a policy here. Sayli G. can help get you unblocked on the registration page (same Clay/Gmail you’ve used for AI Skills).

Hey Ines G. so we chatted internally and came to the conclusion that you should go ahead and create an account through your work email for this cohort. We can then merge the two in our backend if possible so you dont have two accounts. For now to unblock you just go ahead and apply through your work email and use the same workspace u used for AI Skills.

Ines G. Onkar O. we came to the conclusion that you should create an account using your work email and use that moving forward for the cohorts. We have deprioritized merging due to some engineering constraints at the moment. We will revisit this soon but recommend you go ahead with this route to unblock and apply! Excited to see your applications 🙂
