Hey, I recently completed the outbound orchestration foundations, I thought I would get a certificate but I see it's only possible in the certification track. I would like to get certified for outbound automation. Can clay set me up with a free account so I can use the premium features while I learn the tool better and get my certificate? I'm quite new to clay
Nice work finishing the Outbound Orchestration Foundations! 👍
If you want temporary Pro access for that one, you can request it here:
Also, you can start with a free account and trial to explore the platform while learning. [3]
Is that what you were looking for?
Ok yeah I will do the outbound first and then move on to the CRM enrichment certification. My agency will only move into doing outbound email. Are these two certifications the best ones to get to display competence to prospective clients?
Yes — those are the most relevant ones for an outbound‑focused agency.
Outbound Automation shows you can build full outbound systems: finding prospects, enriching leads, writing personalized sequences, and syncing campaigns to email tools and CRMs. [1]
CRM Enrichment demonstrates you can clean, enrich, and maintain high‑quality customer data so outreach is more targeted and effective.
Together, they signal you can both run outbound campaigns and keep the underlying data strong — which is exactly what many outbound teams rely on. [2]
Did that answer your question?
Yeah, I would ideally like to apply this to finding clients for my new email outbound / GTM agency. Can I use the credits I got from my clay cohort to build a list of some prospects and enrich them even on the free plan?
Yes — you can do that on the free plan.
On the free plan you also get 100 Data Credits per month, so you can enrich a small number of prospects while learning. [3]
So your workflow can be:
Build prospect lists for free
Use your cohort Data Credits to enrich a smaller batch of leads for outreach.
