Heya, I've applied to a few cohorts, but keep getting rejected because they're at capacity. 1) it would be nice if the cohort listings just indicated that they're at capacity so folks applying don't waste time filling out the same form over and over again. 2) can anybody let me know if an upcoming cohort is not yet at capacity? Thanks! 🙏
🎓 Cohort Mate: Hey Jason, thanks for flagging this — filling the same form just to get a capacity rejection is a bad loop.
I don't have live seat counts (capacity isn't published as a field), so I can't honestly say "this one still has room." Looping in Sayli G. to confirm what's actually still taking applications, and to pass along the request that listings show when a cohort is at capacity.
What I can share from the Cohorts Calendar & Timetable:
• AI Skills - Cohort 10: Closed (ran Jul 22–31; deadline was Jul 8). No later AI Skills cohort is on the calendar yet. • Clay 101: Currently paused / NOT OPEN YET. • APAC: Currently paused. • Enterprise: Access is by request through your Enterprise Growth Strategist. The latest calendar rows (ENT 5 and 6) still say OPEN that way, but their dates are already past (Apr / May 2026). • Wedge: Runs roughly monthly for pre-Series A startups — I don't have a capacity flag for the next one. • AlphaForge: Competitive application (take-home + interviews), not a first-come capacity list.

Good feedback — that makes sense.
Right now, the only place to see upcoming cohorts and apply is the Clay University cohorts page:
There isn’t a documented way to check whether a specific cohort still has open spots before applying. The page mainly lists upcoming cohorts and lets you sign up or apply.
If you want to track timing, the cohort timetable is also listed here:
Is that what you were looking for?
Thanks for sharing this feedback, and I’m sorry you’ve had to repeat the application process for cohorts that were already full. Would you like to share any additional details about your experience or what information would make the application process clearer?
I can’t choose a cohort for you or check which ones still have open spots.
For cohort selection, the only documented process is to apply when a new application round opens. There isn’t a way to request placement into a specific cohort or confirm capacity ahead of time.
If you want to join a different cohort later, you’ll need to apply again when the next round opens.
Did that answer your question?
If you still need help with the cohort application process or want to share feedback about the listings, I’m here to help. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to resolve?
Got it — thanks for sharing that context.

If you’re aiming to join before the end of the year, the best move is to keep an eye on the cohorts page and apply as soon as new rounds open.
Also worth noting: if you’re accepted but want to switch to a different cohort later, you can only re-apply once for the same cohort type.
