How to Get Support for Missing Clay Credits After Completing the APAC Cohort

Hi clay cohorts team, recently I completed the first APAC cohort and I understand that i will be awarded clay credits (as written in the email when the diploma was issued), but till now i have yet to receive the credits, may I know who can I look for support? Many thanks

🎓 Cohort Mate: Hey Kiat Lun — thanks for reaching out, and congrats on finishing the first APAC cohort.
The APAC Cohort is currently paused after that initial run, but your completion still stands. I don’t have a documented amount or timeline for diploma/graduation credits (separate from joining credits, which go out once per workspace the week before kickoff), so I can’t confirm the exact award from here.
Looping in Izzy (. — they own APAC support and can check your workspace and get those credits issued if they’re still outstanding. Drop your Clay workspace ID/email here if you have it handy so they can look it up faster.

Hi Tan! I added 5000 credits to your workspace. FYI: There was a small typo in the grad email saying that you will receive 20k grad credits. All graduates from APAC cohort have received 5k grad credits. Sorry about any confusion on this!
