Unable to Sign Up with Work Email for Clay Workspace Account – Need Assistance

Hi, I tried to sign up with my work email associated to a Clay workspace account but it still hits an error? Is anyone able to look into this issue?

🎓 Cohort Mate: Hey Jim, thanks for the link — that helps. Looks like you (and Liz) are hitting a signup error on Outbound Orchestration Foundations with a work email that's already tied to a Clay workspace.
I don't have a self-serve fix for that specific error, so looping in Sayli G. to take a look.

error might be because your Clay ID is not associated with the work email ID that you have shared. I think both of them have to map.
