Hi @Sayli G., I just got an email from Clay about "Join your cohort's graduate alumni channel." I see maybe Clay team could not find my Slack email. Actually my Clay account email is rabiul@dreamsquadd.com (mailto:rabiul@dreamsquadd.com) and my slack account email is dreamsquadbd@gmail.com (mailto:dreamsquadbd@gmail.com) which I used for join Clay community. So, please add me on "cohort's graduate alumni channel." under this email ( dreamsquadbd@gmail.com (mailto:dreamsquadbd@gmail.com) ) . Thank you!

Got it — this is a common situation when the Slack email is different from the Clay account email.
You can update the email used in the Slack workspace yourself:
Go to: https://clayrunhq.slack.com/account/settings#email
Change the email there to dreamsquadbd@gmail.com (the one you use in the Clay community Slack).
After that, your Slack account will match the email used in the community, which helps the team locate your account for cohort channels.
If you want, you can also share that updated email in the #03__cohorts channel in the Slack community so the cohort team can find your account there.

Rabiul I. can you change your slack email to rabiul@dreamsquadd.com using clayrunhq.slack.com/account/settings#… . Is there a particular reason the two don't match today?

You can change the email on your Slack account yourself here:

There isn’t a specific required reason for the mismatch. It usually just happens when someone signs up for Slack with one email (often a personal Gmail) but uses a different email for their Clay account. Updating the Slack email helps the community team match your Slack profile correctly.
