Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues When Fetching Clay Account Details in Outbound

Hey trying to sign in in outbound but its failing to fetch my clay account details. Sayli G.

This is a known snag on the Outbound Orchestration Foundations application — it sometimes fails to pull Clay account details on sign-in.
Sign in with the same email as your Clay workspace. Personal emails are accepted now. If the form still says it can’t fetch your account, keep filling it out anyway — that path is open.
If it still blocks you after that, Sayli G. can take a look.

Got accepted but Cannot we join using the personal Clay workspace? I got in from my company workspace. Sayli G.

Cohort access and joining credits are tied to a workspace, not a person — credits get issued once per workspace. If you got accepted on your company workspace, that’s the one the seat is attached to by default.
Whether we can move an already-accepted Outbound application over to a personal Clay workspace isn’t something I can confirm from the usual rules. Sayli G. can check if that switch is possible for you.

i have added my personal workspace id and I hope this gets connected and credits are added there. thank you once again for the help

Sayli G. I am also running into an issue it's not finding my workspace with the email. It just spins then find my employers one which is not active.

Hey Jen M. you can still choose that since the qualification is based on a lot of factors. You can change which workspace you want to move forward with in your cohort profile!
