Issue Accessing Signals Despite Credits Added in Outbound Orchestration Foundations Cohort 2

Hi team clay, another question. I am in Outbound Orchestration Foundations Cohort 2. In my account it says the 5000 credits were added, and its the right clay ID however when I'm in my Clay account I'm being told I need to upgrade to access signals because I'm still on a free account-- even though setting up signals is required for the course. I don't know if this is the 'help channel' references in the course but posting here as I'm not sure where to go from here. Thank you!

This is expected behavior during cohorts.
You do not need a paid plan to participate.
During an active cohort, your workspace is temporarily enabled with all Pro plan features, including Signals.
So even if your account still shows “Free” in the UI, you should still be able to complete cohort assignments that require Signals as long as you have credits available.
If the Signals feature is still locked in the workspace you’re using, double‑check that you’re in the correct workspace (top‑right profile menu → Workspaces), since each workspace has its own plan and credits.

During the cohort, you should have temporary access to all features needed for assignments (including Signals) even if your workspace still shows “Free.”
If Signals are still locked in that workspace, this isn’t expected behavior. The next step is to post this in your private cohort Slack channel so the cohort team can take a closer look at your access.

First, join the community here: https://www.clay.com/slack
Once you’re in Slack, your cohort will have a private channel with your cohort, coaches, and alumni.
If you’re not sure which channel it is, you can also post in #03__cohorts in the Slack community to ask.

You do not need a paid Clay plan to participate. During an active cohort, the workspace should get the Pro features needed for assignments (including Signals), and credits are issued once per workspace — not per user.
Credits landing on the right Clay ID while Signals is still locked is not expected. Sayli G. can take a look at the OOF Cohort 2 enrollment grant / feature access on that workspace.
