Help Needed with Alumni Channel Email After OOF 2 Graduation

Hello @Sayli G. I am graduate from OOF 2, I have received an email about alumni channel. Could you please help me with it?

You can join here:
https://clay.com/slack
Once you’re in, you can connect with other Clay users, share workflows, and look for alumni or cohort-related channels in the workspace. [2]

Yes, Actually i accidentally used the other email while joining the cohort.

No worries — this happens sometimes.
If you joined the Slack community with the wrong email, you can update it yourself in Slack:
Go to: https://clayrunhq.slack.com/account/settings#email
Change the email address there and save.
If the email you used for the cohort application also needs to be updated, share:
the original email used
the new email you want to use
and a human agent can guide you on the next step. [1]

You must have received an email about either creating a new slack account or updating your current one (if you have one already) and it doesn't match your cohorts email. Once you do that you will be added to the graduates channel within 24 hours of making the change!

If your Slack email doesn’t match your cohort email, you’ll need to update it in Slack first:
Go here: https://clayrunhq.slack.com/account/settings#email
Change it to the correct email and save
Once that’s done, you’ll be added to the graduates channel within about 24 hours.
If you also need to update your Clay account email, you can do that in Settings → Account → Security → Change sign-in.
