After completing a cohort, the diploma process is pretty simple:
If you submit all assignments before the deadlines and score 3+ on each, you graduate.
You’re then added to the cohort‑graduates Slack channel (a private community for alumni).
You receive a graduation diploma that you can share on LinkedIn or other socials.
Top performers may also receive awards (like Community Catalyst or Clay Architect), which appear as a special badge on the diploma.
One important note: cohort diplomas are separate from certifications. Certifications are a different program and require submitting a production‑ready Clay workflow for review.
So for your team, the main shareable outcome is the diploma you can post publicly after graduation.
