Do I need a paid subscription to complete the cohorts?

Hi everyone! Do i need a paid subscription to complete the cohorts? And if also possible with a trial account, is there a way to extend my trial period since it has already been expired?

By accident i’ve already extended my trail which will now again expire before the cohort on september 9th. Will this be an issue by the time the cohort starts or am i able to extend it once more? Sorry for the hassle
