Why Is My Profile No Longer Showing on Talent Hub? Seeking Context After PTO

Hello Natalie H., following up a quick convo with Sayli G.: I noticed my profile is no longer showing on Talent Hub. I’ve just come back from PTO and was wondering if any changes were made while I was away that I might have missed. I’m guessing the answer is yes, but I’d love to get a bit more context on what happened. Thanks!

I don’t have any documented change about Talent Hub profiles being removed or hidden, so I can’t tell you what shifted while you were out.

Hi Ange-François C. & Rebecca A. ❤️ We were looking at where employers and clients go to find the best GTME talent today and have decided to focus on building out AlphaForge as well as other soon-to-be-announced programming within our ecosystem! We've seen several alumni of AlphaForge land GTME roles at top companies globally and are going to continue building out and scaling AlphaForge to drive more opportunities for the amazing talent we have in our community 🙌

Izzy (., good to know those from Alpha forage are being placed. I feel differently about this, for instance, Clay has been accepting more US based applications for the Alpha forage cohorts, as much as I know. I recently noticed I can't register for any of Clay's sessions or new cohorts using my personal email, same one attached to my Clay account, it's specifically requesting for a work email. How's that accessible education?

Thank you for raising these! ❤️ We know live cohort timing can be challenging across regions. We’ve already begun adding more globally accessible session times and bringing on coaches from our community across APAC, EMEA, and other regions to support participants in multiple time zones. We’ll continue building on that as we scale our Cohort programs.
