Using Claygent with Helium. Getting charged credit despite of getting this time out error.
You're being charged because different providers have different policies for unsuccessful queries. Some providers charge for attempting to find a result, regardless of whether they succeed or encounter errors like timeouts. For Helium specifically, each row costs 3 credits when using our shared API key. If the provider charges us for the API call (even with a timeout), we charge Clay credits for that call. However, if the provider refunds us due to invalid data delivery, we'll refund those credits back to you.
Wow. okay
Jaimin - Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
Also, for my usecase 4o mini is performing much better than Helium.
Gotcha - Curious Looks like the table was deleted—could you resend the URL? Let me know if you have more questions.
Hey, It looks like the URL you sent has some parts cut off […]—specifically the table ID is incomplete, which is why it’s not loading on my end. Can you share the name of the table so I can find it directly?
Let me know if you have more questions.
That's weird. I pasted the copied link from browser. I've made a few changes to the table so this has become irrelevant. Will let you know if I'm facing something similar in future.
Perfect! Thanks (and sorry for this)
