Request to Implement Post and Patch Endpoints for Instantly API

Hey Clay team — saw with Instantly’s v2 API that the new endpoints are in (awesome! 👏🏽) That said, the “Add lead to campaign” endpoint only creates lead and does not update/patch any updates or changes to variables. The initial data sent comes back as the response. Can we implement the Post and Patch endpoints to create/update lead to Instantly? Thanks!

Currently, due to limitations in the Instantly API, our integration only supports adding leads to campaigns. Any custom variables you use in Clay must already be added to the campaign in Instantly via an import. Please note that Instantly has released Version 2 of their API keys and is sunsetting support for Version 1. If you're using the integration: ** Make sure to add version 2 API key ** For any actively used "Find leads" or "Add Leads to Campaign" columns, you'll need to create new columns (do not duplicate the original column, create a new one from "Add enrichment"). The ability to update/patch lead information after creation is dependent on Instantly's API capabilities, and this feature is not currently available in our integration.
