Hey Angie T. that error usually happens when HubSpot isn’t returning data for the selected company list or the API connection has expired try re-authenticating your HubSpot integration in Clay, double check the list ID, and make sure the list isn’t empty If everything looks fine, remove the step and add it again sometimes the mapping refresh fixes it

For signals to work properly, your table needs specific identifiers. Make sure your HubSpot company list includes LinkedIn URLs or website domains for each company.
