I applied! I'm a US citizen but I don't live there anymore and am a resident in another country. That OK? I researched online and found that I don't need to be a US accredited investor in this scenario

Peter K. what happened community equity offering? As power users, and active community members locally of Clay we would have expected to be included here.

Hey Gillian -- We're holding off on broader comms as we close out the final legal processes, but everyone that applied should've received communication at this time. Is there anything specific you were looking for clarification on?

Peter K. thank you for your reply, yes we did not get accepted and were wondering what it takes beside being pro users, hosting community nights and being active in the community.
