Has anyone hired someone to manage Clay and outbound full-time?

Job description help 🙏 Has anyone recently written a JD or hired someone to manage Clay + outbound full-time? I want to find a Clay-powered recent grad to level up our outbound beyond whatever I'm able to cobble together in my spare time Picturing an SDR-type role but hesitate to give it a similar title since it seems so much more fun and interesting than that Would love to connect for 15 minutes or so. If NYC, I'll buy you a coffee ☕ !

i have not done this, but have contemplated it. And I don’t think it’s an SDR, either. Because it’s not. It’s a growth engineer. I’d have them report to your head of marketing and lean more towards someone with dev chops than sales/marketing skills.

Jay We have a team of enterprise closers responsible for everything from prospecting to expansion. Marketing's demand gen has been poor but it's a closed-off ICP to begin with. We've seen an uptick in reply rates with my cobbled-together Clay+LGM instance If someone could dedicate their time to it, and be embedded with the marketing and sales team so they know how to approach these accounts, I think we'd see an increase in qualified leads entering the pipeline

Saw a JD from Sybill looking for something similar. They called the role Outbound Growth Lead. Lol when in doubt, just slap Growth on it.
