Exciting Updates: Clay Certifications Relaunch and New AI Skills Cert!
The wait is over: Clay Certifications are officially relaunched with some exciting updates! Some of the improvements include:
New Loom video submission requirement for you to walk us through your workflow and answer questions about your approach
More robust internal checks to ensure authenticity
Increased scoring granularity with descriptive feedback
No more numerical scores - everyone will receive the status of their submission with detailed guidance on what to improve
We’re implementing a mandatory 5-day pause between resubmissions. While there's no limit on attempts, this waiting period will help encourage genuine learning and reflection. As a teaser to what’s to come, we're kicking off Master Certifications in early 2025 to recognize the pinnacle of Clay excellence. Unlike our current certifications, these will involve a live table-building test on a quarterly basis. Master Certs will be open to anyone in the Clay community. More details to come! I’m also excited to announce the official launch of our new AI Skills Clay Certification. No cookie-cutter GTM workflows. I want to see how you think and build with AI in Clay. Think: creative prompts that unlock hidden insights nobody else sees, enrichments chained together in clever ways, and problems solved that we didn't know Clay could solve. Go off-script.
