Panos S. Audiences is only available on Modern pricing plans (and Legacy Enterprise). It is available on the Clay Trial though, so you can create a new trial account if you'd like to test it out!
Letsgooooo!!!
Is there an instruction video on how to use it?
Karishma R. when you say currently - do you have any plans to roll it out on legacy users? sentiment is already pretty damaged since your enterprise pricing move threw creators under the bus. staying on legacy plans salvaged it but if you're locking us out of all new features then the intentions are pretty clear.
Panos S., we don't have plans to make Audiences available on legacy plans any time soon. Our legacy plans were the right model for the data enrichment product. Now, we are expanding product surface to support end-to-end GTM infrastructure. That's a different type of product, which is why we developed the new pricing model. Audiences is the foundation of that infrastructure. The way we see it, we have to ship great products that make it worth your while to consider the modern plans. But the choice is yours. As you said, we continue to honor our legacy pricing plans. We're also still actively investing in that product experience. For example, our last 2 launches (functions & Claygent builder) are available on both modern & legacy plans. All quality of life improvements also ship to all plans.
Is the 50k row limit not applicable across new clay plans or just audiences table?
So the whole concept of a legacy plan is fake and disingenuous. These are people and companies who supported and promoted Clay from the beginning, but they are being forcefully pushed into a worse pricing setup.
Mary H. might wanna take notes 🙂 some additional context for user feedback we pay 2 plans 1 legacy 1 new i fully get your logic. It's a new product direction and re-positioning but it's still disingenuous for the exact reason Radisa R. mentioned above the API tax on calls is illogical. Costs you virtually nothing and makes the product for any agency structure unusable. So you're phasing out the agencies that helped you grow P.S. moving data and tables between workspaces is annoying as fck / let me pay 2k for both lol rather than fragmented pricing (Wtf saas moves)
Panos S. DMing you to understand more about moving data between workspaces because I agree that sounds like a pain Radisa R., we're not trying to force anyone onto modern plans. We haven't removed any features & we continue to ship new features to those plans. If you want to check out audiences, you can for free on a trial account to see if it's worth changing plans for. But we know plenty of people won't & will stick on their Pro plans -- that's okay!
