The biggest thing I’ve learned as my literally job has become sharing context with all of Clay is that nobody wants to read docs anymore. So, the biggest thing that I can suggest is:
Make sure that decisions between coding sessions are logged in a wiki (it can be ai written) and make sure that future sessions are pointing to that wiki
For context between team members, documentation becomes more important for historical decision making purposes. So, while all decisions should be documented, it’s important to remember to have live-calls for context sharing, calling out-key points people actually have to read in docs, and making sure that final decisions are fully documented, not just in progress docs
