Hey all! We’re hiring a Founding GTM Engineer at Magic to build the system behind our in-person sales motion. Our first product, Loyalist, is an agentic CRM for restaurants. We’re at $4M ARR and partner with 1,000+ venues across 180+ cities, including Carbone, 4 Charles and Eleven Madison Park. Next we’re expanding into members clubs, hotels and more. We sell in person. We walk into restaurants, host dinners for operators and show up at industry events. You’ll build the data, tools and AI agents that tell the team which groups to meet, who runs them, and what each event and conversation actually produced. You’ll report to our Head of Growth. What you’ll own:
Our internal GTM platform: enrichment pipelines and the agents behind our go-to-market
Programmatic outbound end to end: targeting, sequencing, reply handling, sending domains, warmup and deliverability
Lead scoring and lifecycle, built on signals like new openings, chef/GM changes, and groups switching reservation or POS systems
Internal tools for sales and CX, like a context handoff layer and a sales meeting scheduler
GTM reporting, so sales, CX and growth see what each channel and event produced
Supporting marketing on campaigns, events and SEO/AEO
Must have:
3+ years in GTM engineering, engineering, demand gen or RevOps
Real workflows and tools built with Clay and Claude, beyond prompting in a chat window
Data enrichment experience (providers, waterfalls, clean and verified lists)
Cold email at scale with deliverability to match
You can build distributed systems, and duplicates and wrong location counts bother you
