We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Campaign Manager to oversee and manage marketing and outreach efforts across two of our companies: Deal Inflow (www.dealinflow.com) and Echo Partners (www.echopartners.io). Both companies specialize in assisting investment banks, private equity firms, and companies with funding and M&A activities. Our outreach targets a broad spectrum of high-level professionals, including investors, CEOs, CFOs, and Founders. Role Overview: As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for writing high-quality campaign copy, curating hyper-targeted lead lists, and monitoring the performance of campaigns with the goal of optimizing results. You will play a crucial role in improving lead generation and outreach strategies across both organizations, contributing to the continued growth and success of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Copywriting: Create tailored, data-driven email and marketing campaign copy that resonates with our target audience of high-level executives and investors.
Lead List Creation: Develop hyper-targeted lead lists using advanced tools such as Clay to identify ideal prospects, including investors and decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Founders, etc.).
Campaign Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve open rates, response rates, and overall conversion.
Reporting: Provide detailed weekly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key issues and presenting solutions for improvement.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English: Proficiency in English, particularly in copywriting for email campaigns. The ability to craft compelling, professional messaging is a must.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding or direct experience in the investment banking, private equity, and corporate funding sectors. Applicants will be tested on their knowledge, so accuracy is essential.
Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Campaign Management Experience: Proven experience managing and optimizing email campaigns, particularly with tools like Clay and smartlead.ai (or similar platforms).
Results-Oriented: A data-driven, results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding key performance indicators for campaigns.
This is a unique opportunity to work within two fast-growing yet similar companies that are making a significant impact in the financial and M&A landscape. You will have the autonomy to manage multiple campaigns while collaborating with a dynamic team that values creativity, precision, and results. Interested candidates should DM me either; their resume, a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience, or examples of past campaigns managed.
Looking for a full-time lead list builder, must be well versed in Clay. We work with investment banks and private equity. Email me at jake@dealinflow.com with your resume, and why you think you’d be a good fit for the role! We will proceed further from there
Yes I believe certain STMP providers can send many emails safely, but those likely are not offered to the public nor will they ever be. There seem to be some good ones for the public but might not last that long due to overwhelming interest. Developing your own email infrastructure does not introduce less risk, there are just different risks associated with it. Personally, sticking with outlook and google for the time being. Testing warm up vs non-warm up. I’m certainly not an expert but wanted to jump in and see if anyone one else had thoughts
