Hiring: GTM Engineer - Snipe Outbound Snipe Outbound is a cold email agency for B2B SaaS companies that sell through live demos. We run outbound on advanced internal systems for research, enrichment, sending, reply handling and reporting, with copy informed by 10M+ sends and an AI SDR handling every reply. We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to turn client offers into campaigns that book demos, and to make our systems better as you go. Fully Remote Overlap with US Eastern hours What you’ll own:
Turning onboarding calls and client materials into ICPs, angles and offers
Building lists: broad pulls, website enrichment, signal-based targeting (hiring, funding, new leadership, tech stack), persona segmentation and verification
Writing and spintaxing cold email sequences and testing new angles
Setting up and maintaining sending infrastructure: Google/Microsoft inboxes, domains, DNS, warmup and rotation
Launching campaigns in EmailBison and running LinkedIn outreach alongside email
Monitoring campaigns daily, diagnosing reply or deliverability issues and refilling leads
Using Claude Code daily to run scripts, call APIs and automate your own work
Documenting every play that works as an SOP
You should have:
1+ year as a GTM Engineer across multiple B2B SaaS verticals and offers
Daily, hands-on experience with Claude Code for real work
Strong campaign ideation and cold email copy that gets replies
Experience with EmailBison, Smartlead or Instantly, plus Clay, Apify, scrapers and verification tools
Solid deliverability knowledge
A builder’s mindset: you bring expertise we don’t have and build on what already works
A proactive mindset: you spot problems and fix them without waiting for instructions
A growth mindset: we want someone who is hungry to grow. For now this is just a GTME role, however this hire is likely to be a Head of GTME within 6-12 months of solid performance.
