Hey everyone 👋 I’m Hajar, joining from Morocco 🇲🇦 What I do I’ve been working across sales, client acquisition and revenue systems, and lately I’ve been going deeper into GTM engineering, looking at a business, understanding its ICP, offer, acquisition motion and where the growth is getting stuck, then building the systems around it to improve revenue through outbound. What I’m building with Clay I’m especially interested in ICP research, enrichment, signal-based targeting, segmentation, outbound systems and automation, and how Clay fits into a wider GTM stack rather than being used as just another prospecting tool. A slightly unusual part of my background I study law, so compliance, regulation, data and how systems need to work reliably in regulated environments have become a pretty interesting overlap with the technical side of what I do. Outside of work Single mom to a very energetic little boy 😂 He has also accidentally become one of my best teachers in pattern recognition. You learn very quickly that when a 3-year-old suddenly gets too quiet, you probably need to investigate 😭 I love traveling, being near the ocean, discovering new places and meeting people from different parts of the world.
