hey all, maybe somebody is looking for a new GTM-operator in their team.
my lead technical operator is becoming available at the end of the month. it’s a fit thing, not performance, we’re shifting my agency toward a German + cold-calling service model, which isn’t his focus.
technically he’s excellent, he’s run my whole backend for ~2 years: Clay at the API level, deliverability and inbox infra, SmartLead ops, list-building and data, n8n automations, and he’s deep in Claude Code and AI-agent workflows.
from India, works European and American timezones no problem at all.
i’m trying to help him find a new gig until the end of the month. he is also open to work on a freelance basis.
