Marketing Operations Manager — Ontra (Full-time)
Hi all! Ontra is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help own the systems and processes behind our marketing data infrastructure. You'll administer and optimize our MarTech stack — Marketo, Salesforce (lite-admin level), Clay, and more — while ensuring data integrity across our contact database through AI-driven enrichment, normalization, deduplication, and segmentation. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to catch inefficiencies early, translate data gaps into scalable technical solutions, and keep our GTM systems running clean.
Requirements: 3+ years in marketing ops (B2B), Marketo admin experience, SFDC "lite-admin" proficiency, strong Clay-development skills, comfort using AI tools operationally.
