🚀 Hiring: GTM Engineer @ The GTM Company (Remote - EST hours)
What's up guys, we’re an expanding Outbound + RevOps agency scaling some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups:
Cam (my Co founder) & I started around a year ago, we've been mates since we were 11 and have always obsessed over business.
Now we're a lean team of 4, hiring our 3rd GTM Engineer, you'll be helping our clients with:
Building Clay tables + lists
Launching + optimising outbound campaigns
Providing updates, jumping on calls (senior role)
Basic n8n workflows + API integrations (more experience here would be an add-on)
You’d be a fit if:
• You’ve built outbound campaigns before
• You’re strong with Clay
• You iterate fast and solve problems independently
Compensation:
• Junior: $2–3k/mo
• Senior: $4k/mo +
Growth comes from managing more clients, being client facing & leading junior GTMEs.
