Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Sarah, and I’m so excited to be here and learn alongside all of you. 🌎 Location: Beaver, Pennsylvania 👩💻 Company / Role: Founder and Growth Systems Consultant at Beauty of Two Growth Collective 🔎 Background: My strongest experience is in paid media, demand generation, and lead generation. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across the entire conversion path, including strategy, campaigns, audiences, creative, landing pages, forms, nurture, CRM, conversion tracking, and reporting. Over time, that has made me a true marketing generalist. I’ve also had my hands in lifecycle marketing, retention, e-commerce, customer experience, sales enablement, and consultative sales. At this point, I’m comfortable jumping into almost any part of the marketing process and figuring out how all the pieces should work together. Right now, I’m leading a behind-the-scenes rebuild of the admissions and marketing infrastructure for a cosmetology school in the career-education space. I’m connecting paid media, the website, Klaviyo, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Bookings, Teams, and the school’s enrollment process into one trackable system. The goal is not simply to generate more leads. We’re building a process that can follow a prospective student from their first inquiry through tours and enrollment, automate the handoffs along the way, and eventually help Meta and Google understand which campaigns are producing actual students. 🔺 Clay Goals: I’m newer to the formal GTM engineering world, but I’ve realized that so much of my career has involved the individual pieces that make GTM work. What I love about Clay is that it makes you slow down and really understand the process behind everything: where the data comes from, how it moves, what decisions it supports, and how all the pieces connect. I’ve really fallen in love with that process work, and I’m currently going through the Clay certification so I can keep developing those skills and build better end-to-end GTM systems. 🌟 Fun Fact: I’m equal parts creative and strategic. I love getting my hands dirty and making the actual creative, but I’m just as happy zooming out, shaping the strategy, and building the systems that turn great ideas into revenue and sales. That combination is also how I built my digital-product business, Beauty of Two, while working full time and raising two children. My designs have generated more than 50,000 Design Bundles sales, nearly 30,000 Etsy sales, and over 200,000 documented Cricut uses. 🔥 Burning Question: For anyone who came into GTM engineering from paid media or a broader marketing background, what was the first Clay workflow that made you think differently about the entire revenue process? 🔗 If you’d like to connect, you can also find me on LinkedIn. I’m looking forward to learning from all of you, sharing what I know, and building some really cool things together!
