Looking for a GTM engineer to build our inbound lead gen system: data pipeline, capture flow, cold email infrastructure, and rep tooling. Scoped project, not a role. ~9 weeks, fixed fee, defined end date. Remote 🌎 What you'll do
Build a daily pipeline sourcing newly-formed medical practices (CMS NPI registry, state filings, Google Places)
Ship the capture and scheduling flow
Stand up cold email infrastructure: domains, auth, warmup, deliverability monitoring
Build a community listener that classifies intent and drafts replies for human review
Build the rep console: pre-call briefs, prioritized callback queue, dispositioning
Own the Postgres schema, reporting, and docs good enough that we run it without you
Must-haves
Production cold email infrastructure at volume — including recovering from a deliverability problem
End-to-end data pipelines: public APIs, scraping, enrichment, entity resolution on messy data
Shipped a human-in-the-loop workflow someone actually used daily
Strong Postgres. Python or TypeScript
CAN-SPAM / 10DLC / TCPA awareness
Judgment about when not to automate something
