My business Axia Growth is hiring a Data Sourcing & Enrichment Engineer (Clay) — junior–mid, contractor, remote, async (≥2h/day EST overlap).
You’ll own Clay playbooks, scraping workflows, Make.com automations, and the credit-saving tricks that keep our lists high-quality and cost-efficient. Big datasets, strong pipeline, and we’re doubling monthly. Room to grow into leading the data function.
You’ll do: build & iterate Clay playbooks; wire webhooks/APIs; run Outscraper when needed; QA/dedupe; deliver to Google Sheets, Go High Level, and Smartlead; document SOPs.
Must-haves: Clay power user; scraping/enrichment experience; Make.com; excellent documentation.
Nice-to-haves: basic Python/JS, regex, API wrangling.
