Hi everyone! I'm hiring for a hybrid NYC-based GTME — our very first — for EMARKETER, the company known for market research... on marketing. This role will be using great tech, solving very tricky puzzles, and ensuring GTM automations work and scale. As our first GTME, you'll have the opportunity to really shape the role, which all members of our team from CEO to CRO are thrilled about. You'll split your time building, talking to end users, shipping useful automations our stack (Clay, SFDC, Gong, Salesloft, etc.), collecting feedback/data and iterating.
If you're a great builder but don't have the "perfect" resume — cool, neither do I! I want to hire someone who aces the assessment focused on building, not who looks perfect on paper. We are based in FiDi currently but moving offices soon within Manhattan. The comp is $130-145, all salary and no OTE trap. We have great benefits. I believe in working hard for excellence but also resting and having a full life -- we have "unlimited" PTO -- often a red flag, but I actually use it (4.5 weeks in 2025) and expect my hire to!
